		<description>HI JIM, YOU CAN EAT THE LEAVES FRESH, STEAMED OR SAUTEED.  HOWEVER, AS I MENTIONED, THE LEAVES IN THE SPRING ARE HARVESTED BEFORE THE PLANT FLOWERS. IN MY AREA WE HAVE PASSED THIS WINDOW. IF YOUR DANDELIONS HAVEN&#039;T FLOWERED YET, GO FOR IT. BEWARE,  THEY ARE SO BITTER!!!! HAVE FUN.</description>
